Penerapan GAP-SOP Usahatani dalam Peningkatan Kualitas Produk dan Perbaikan Lingkungan : Studi Kasus Salak Pondoh di Kecamatan

Turi Kabupaten Sleman Triyono Program Studi Agribisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta aatri05@yahoo.com Abstrak Dalam rangka menghasilkan salak sesuai dengan standar mutu, dibutuhkan suatu perencanaan proses produksi yang menjamin diperolehnya buah sesuai dengan standard mutu yang ditetapkan. Proses produksi tersebut meliputi suatu serangkaian norma produksi yang baik atau sering disebut dengan GAP (Good Agricultural Practice) SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) salak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat penerapan GAP-SOP usahatani salak pondoh serta faktorfaktor yang berpengaruh terhadap penerapan GAP -SOP tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survei wawancara petani dan teknik analisis statistik menggunakan uji korelasi ring spearmen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat penerapan GAP-SOP usahatani salak pondoh di Kecamatan Turi sudah tergolong tinggi, namun beberapa sub kegiatan perlu ditingkatkan yaitu pengaira, pengendalian OPT dan panen. Pengalaman adalah faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap sub kegiatan penjarangan tanaman dan pengendalian OPT, sedangkan skala usahatani berpengaruh terhadap sub kegiatan penyerbukan bunga. Kata kunci : SOP-GAP, Usahatani, salak pondoh Application of GAP-SOP on Farm Activity for Product Quality Improvement and Environment Conservation : A Case Study on Farm Pondoh Snake fruit in Sleman Triyono Agribusiness Studies Program University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta aatri05@yahoo.com Abstract In order to produce snake fruit in accordance with quality standards, requires a planning process that ensures the production of fruit obtained in accordance with established quality standards. The production process includes a set of norms of good implementation or often referred to as GAP (Good Agricultural Practice) SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) farming. This study aims to determine the level of implementation of the GAP-SOP farming pondoh snake fruit and the factors that affect the application of GAP-SOP. The study was conducted by interviewing farmers survey methods and techniques of statistical analysis using rank spearmant correlation test. The results showed that levels of GAP-SOP application of the pondoh snake fruit farming in the District Turi is already quite high, but several sub-activities need to be improved, such as: irrigation, pest control and harvesting. Farming experience are factors that affect the level of GAP-SOP implementation at sub thinning activities and control of plant pests, while the scale of farming activities affect the sub-pollinating flowers.
