Go to Start then all programs and search there is Microsoft office then in that MS-word should be there. The MS-word should be there. Go to Start then all programs and search there is Microsoft office then in that click on MS-word. Blank page should be opened. Press [x] mark or go to File----> exit. Go to File---> new It should ask whether the entered data must be saved or not. Blank page should be opened.
This will show all the saved file.Select Go to File---> open or press cltr+q the file and press OK button. It should ask whether the entered data must be saved or not.This will Go to File--->Close exit from the current page. This will update the already named file.If this file is not been saved befor then it will asks us to enter the file Go to File-->Save or ctrl+s name. This will asks us to enter the name for Go to File-->Save as the file. Go to File-->Print preview Go to File--->Print or ctrl+p Go to top right corner and press the [ _ ] symbol. Go to top right corner and press the {[]} symbol. This will preview the file. This will print the file. It should minimize the ms word. It should maximize the ms word.
Go to File--> new and enter the text. 1.Go to File--->open and select a file and press ok. 2. Enter the text into that page. 1.Select a text which u want to copy(the selected text should be highlighted in different color) and then press ctrl+c.

Go to insert-->picture-->from file. This will open a saved pictures. Select the picture and press ok. Go to insert-->Picture-->auto shapes.This open a saved shapes. Select the shapes and click on it.
This will insert a picture selected from the file to the page.
Go to insert-->picture-->wordart. This will open the word art gallery This will show the text which we have select any word art and write the written in a format which we have text and click on ok button. selcted from the word art gallery. Go to insert-->picture-->chart. This will insert a chart in a page and also allow us to enter the data's for the chart in a data sheet. This will allow to connect to scanner or camera and will copy that image to the page.
Write a text into the page and 1.selsct that text and the selected text should be highlighted. 2.Go to insert-->Hyperlink. 3.Give the address for that text and press ok.
This will make the text to appear in the blue color saying that it contains address. If we click on the text it shd take us to the respected address mentioned for that text.
This will open the selected file. That sysmbol must be displayed in the page.
Go to insert-->Date and Time. Select the format which u want to display the date and time and This will display the date and time in click ok. the selected format. Go to insert-->Object. Select the object and ok. 1.Select the text which u want to be in paragraph. 2.Go to Format-->Paragraph. 3.Set the values and click on ok. 1.Go to Format-->Buttelts and Numbering. 2.Select the type and press ok. 1.Go to Format-->Borders. 2.Select the border shape and click on OK buton.
The selected text must appear in paragraph format. When user writes the points the bullets should come automatically.
The page must contain the selected Border. The text should be changed according to the changes made in the change case.

The theme will be applied to the File. The text which u will enter from now on will be displayed in the selected language. Mail successfully sent. Fax succesfully sent. The page will be altered to the value specified in the page setup.
