CONCLUSION

After dedicating our time in classroom discussion that will supplement our knowledge and nurture our skills in doing nursing care, at last we had an opportunity to practice them in clinical setting making our simulated learning into reality. Upon assessment in San Lazaro Hospital, we were able to achieve the quality of care rendered to the patient. We explored our skills and gained knowledge regarding to the patients condition. Our group has worked out with nursing diagnosis and provided important information with health teachings. In addition to these, the patient was assisted to adapt with meeting life demands and roles. It is our duty to provide our patients as well as their significant other with adequate knowledge to prevent the occurrence of the possible complications of the disease entity. That is why, as much as possible, nurses must guide their patients and their family in identifying ways on how to manage the situation in order to prevent further impediments and its progress to a more complicated one. This case study can help to ensure that women are well-informed about the condition, so they can recognize it when a complication is occurring. Indeed the researchers had proven that theories are best appreciated in the field where we can find the reality of nursing care.

RECOMMENDATION

CLIENT The patient was recommended to have an isolation precaution. Likewise, the patient must take her medications with food. More research on assessment may be carried out on a bigger scale so as to determine the specific need of the patient. With this, avoid fatigue by planning rest periods, also lifestyle changes are recommended for the better condition of the patient. NURSE The nurse has an important role in infection control and prevention activities. Educating patients may decrease their risk of becoming infected or may decrease the sequelae of infection. The nurse is highly recommended to use an appropriate barrier precautions, observing prudent hand hygiene, and other interventional equipment also assist in reducing infections. As a nurse, we should focus on the condition of the patient and give appropriate nursing actions. With these recommendations, health teachings will further serve as a tool to help the client as well as the family be aware and prevent further complications.
