Literature review Rewards:

If a reward - money, awards, praise, or winning a contest - comes to be seen as the reason one is engaging in an activity, rewards encourage people to focus narrowly on a task, to do it as quickly as possible and to take few risks. "If they feel that 'this is something I have to get through to get the prize,' they are going to be less creative," Amabile said.

Competition
Market condition wherein no buyer or seller has the power to alter the market price of a good or service. Characteristics of a perfectly competitive market are a large number of buyers and sellers, a homogeneous (similar) good or service, an equal awareness of prices and volume, an absence of discrimination in buying and selling, total mobility of productive resources, and complete freedom of entry. Perfect competition exists only as a theoretical ideal. Also called pure competition.

Working Environmnet
The research group have made 2 theses about how the companies can try to manoeuvre through barriers and opportunities in order to reach real improvements of the psychosocial work environment: 1-The good psychosocial work environment must be re-invented all the time 2- No to love but yes to recognition and respect.

Commission
Commission salary is the money paid to you when you sell a product or do a specicfic job for a company. Instead of paying you a guaranteed hourly or weekly salary, most companies pay the workers for what they sell or what they accomplish. When you apply for the job position, the company will explain your salary so you know how much money you will receive on every sale you make. 5
