experience in Leela Gaming Club as a Casino Attendant and working as a
Store Assistant from July, 2000 till date.
Store Assistant
Nature of work.
A. Responsible for inventories of the food, beverage, linen, crockery and cutlery,
uniforms, engineering and project stores
B. To ensure that material is available from the above mentioned stores at any
given time.
C. To conduct and present circulation inventory report for crockery, Cutlery,
glassware and linen.
D. To ensure all consumption reports are given ON TIME during the month of end
of MIS.
E. To ensure that all material are stored in appropriate condition and maintain
proper inventories of the same.
F. Familiar with Inventory Management Systems like; M.M.S & I.M.S.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY.
1. Ensuring that the stores is kept clean and be temperature and humidity
controlled.
2. Ensuring that all stores are secure and adequate locks.
3. Maintaining all records pertaining to issues and receipts.
4. Establishing par stocks in all areas by co-ordinations with user departmental
heads. To ensure sufficient stock for operations and to avoid the chance of
any out stock items.
5. Conducting monthly inventory or stock take of all food and beverage stores.
6. Conducting at least once in two month stock take of all other operational
stores.
7. Participate or designate representative for circulating inventory of Room and
F&B Linen monthly.
8. Ensuring that the Discards are counted stamped and accounted for.
9. Complete the inventory valuation and handing over the circulation inventory
report to the finance department for accounting.
10. Conducting the circulation inventory for China, Glass & Cutlery on a minimum
quarterly basis.
11. Counting and valuating Breakage’s on a monthly basis.
12. Valuating the circulation inventory report for Crockery, Cutlery &Glassware.
13. Ensuring that no expired items are kept in stores.
14. Preparing a monthly slow moving or dead stock item report for the Food &
Beverage stores.
15. Informing and co-ordination with F&B Manager and Executive chef to
minimize the slow-moving or dead stock.
16. Ensuring that the approved brands are only kept in stores.
17. Ensuring that all storerooms hours are maintained issue and receiving hours
and days are strictly abided by.
18. Checking and authorizing indents for regular store items on a monthly basis.
19. Creating item Master of all items in the store on the systems.
20. Providing data to Financial Controller or any Department Heads pertaining to
consumption patterns, stock in hand, Last purchase rate Qty ordered, Qty
received etc.
21. Over all running of the project stores.
