Postion title : international recruitment manager

JOB summary: To plan, direct and execute the recruitment strategies with regard to organizational staffing needs (both in terms of numbers and competencies) for the accomplishment of CAAs mission. Job Responsibilities: Implementation of recruitment and retention strategies that support CAAs objectives, provide guidance and directions to all aspects of recruitment process including; job requisition design, sourcing, screening, pre-employment checks, compliance, offers of employment and on-boarding. Ensures hiring needs of the department/division/business unit are met with quality hires in a timely and cost effective manner. Leads subordinates in the design and implementation of strategies for developing and sourcing talent to support current and future recruitment needs. Collaborates with recruitment team and other departments to continually assess the effectiveness of recruiting tools and processes. Performs in-depth analysis of recruiting strategies, identifies trends in the field and provides recommendations for improving recruiting processes. Responsible and accountable for overall operational and managerial activities of recruitment and selection branch. Managing the recruitment budget. Provide continuous advocacy and legal negotiations. Implement transparent and equitable (equity based) program in compliance with CAAO. Training staff in recruiting techniques and on the role of the assessor at the branch. Yearly report submission to the competent authority regarding overall performance of Recruitment & selection activities. Continuous self development to sustain competitiveness with respect to the job specifications. Personal Specifications: Education: Masters, preferably MBA in Human Resource Management from a recognized and reputable institution. Additional professional degrees and Masters in social science.

Experience: Minimum 12 years experience of man management and in human resource related fields with atleast five years in corporate level.
