Lesson Sequence
BEGINNING: Activation of previous knowledge. Students will be asked some questions about Friendship: Do you have any friends? Do you have a best friend? What is your best friends name? Do you know something about Friends day? DURING CLASS: Students will learn some key words and then they will read a text about the origin of Friends day. Then students will work in an activity related to the topic, afterwards they will write some sentences in present simple. The activity consists that students put their names in a box and have to get a paper without looking. After that, students will make some cards about the day of friendship, with pictures and sentences related to this day. FINALLY: Students will give the card that they made to their classmates and give thanks" in English.
