Terms and Conditions

Cabling work for is optional, cable work if done by us will be charged @ Rs. 65 / Meter (This include Cable, Materials and Labour for non Concealed cabling only) The above offer does not include the actual quantity of cables, if applicable. However, actual quantity will determined on actual measurement and on a pro-rata basis at the final billing. Accessories not mentioned above would be charged extra. Civil work/ job, if any, are not within our scope of work. Any additional fabrications or works not mentioned in this offer will be charged extra and at actual on confirmations from you. Warranty: 12 months from the date of delivery against any manufacturing defects. The offer is subject to Force Majeure conditions like defects in electric supply, low or high voltage, misuse or abuse of equipment, and conditions beyond our control like floods, lightening etc.Warranty not covered for any physical damages / intentional tampering / mishandling of hardware/ Software / Warranty not covered if the products transferred to another location without our consent /. Renting it to third party / or asking the third party for any service or support / repairs. Prices, Model numbers and Specifications are subject to change without any prior notice. 70% Payment advance along with Purchase Order. 20% Payment against Delivery of the Product. 10% Payment after Complete Installation. Taxes, Octroi, Freight, Levies will be extra as per actuals, payable by the buyer.

Goods once sold will not be taken back. Cancellation: Order received and acknowledged by us shall not be subject to cancellation by Customer, whether wholly or partly for any reason whatsoever. However, KGN Security Systems reserves the rights to cancel the order at any time. Cost of Travel and Accommodation outside Mumbai or Suburbs, if any, will be chargeable at actuals.

Requirement form the Clients

Power: Provision of suitable UPS and electric supply with Plug and socket for the systems. Equipments do not carry warranty if damaged due to power fluctuation. Remote View: To view the cameras from remote location, an in-house Modem/Router with broadband internet connection of at least 265kbps is required. Other internet connection or Dialup connection cannot be currently used for this operation. Provisions to be made (by your system administrator or IT personnel) at your end to set up the modem / router as per the requirement. Monitor: Proper Monitor to be provided at the location for live viewing, If LCD Screen is provided then VGA connectors can be installed in the DVR for better video output. Permissions: All the necessary permission to be provided before implementation of the project. Storge: Proper storage place or enviroment to be provided to place and store the required equipment
