APAR status
Closed as user error.
Error description
add to your enovia.ini (server and studio) the following
variables :
MX_SMTP_HOST=mailhostext.emea.corp.ds
MX_SMTP_TIMEOUT=60
MX_SMTP_DEBUG=TRUE
for all user check Iconmail and Email (in Business)
Give adress mails to user (you can use real adresse mail to
check if you can receive email in your outlook box
==> to check if you can send email turn on SMTP traces
==>trace type SMTP on;
==> in MQL run : send mail to USER1 text "test";
==> by my side I get an error : System Error: #1600018: SMTP
error: 0 - non-numeric command reply
the scenario is :
When creating a user in the Web client
- we give values to all mandatory attributes -
- Email address is a valid one
- create a new user
==> User is Inactive
[This is wrong - it should be active]
==> all Attributes have the value Unknown.
==> Even the Email Address! [This is wrong, the values
should be what were entered when it was created]
- Go to Matrix the User exist in State inactive
- make him active.
- Going back to Web interface
==> I can see the User being active
Try to edit properties
==>Java error.
