BitComet Software License Agreement This agreement is a legal agreement between you and BitComet Development Group ( BitComet)

with respect to the use of the BitComet Software (Software). By using the Software, you acknowledge that you and such use are bound by and su bject to the provisions of this agreement without modifications. If you do not a ccept these terms of use in their entirety, you may not access or use the Softwa re. 1. The Software is being licensed to you free of charge for your private persona l use only. The Software is licensed, not sold. You may use the Software for non -commercial purposes only. 2. You may not use the Software in support of any commercial entity or activity without the express written agreement of BitComet. By way of example, and not as a limitation, charging others to use the Software either directly or indirectly , using the Software to sell any goods or services. 3. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treat ies, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. You will not disa ssemble, decompile, or reverse engineer the Software. Any unauthorized reproduct ion or redistribution of the Software is expressly prohibited by law, and may re sult in severe civil and criminal penalties. 4. You are responsible for all activities that occur in your use of the Software . You represent and warrant that you will use the Software only for lawful purpo ses and in accordance with this agreement, and that you will not use the Softwar e to violate any law, regulation or ordinance or any right of BitComet or any th ird party, including, without limitation, any right of privacy, publicity, copyr ight, patent or trademark. BitComet will not be responsible for these activities . 5. The Software is distributed "AS IS". No warranty or any kind is expressed or implied. You use at your own risk. BitComet will not be liable for data loss, da mages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing this so ftware. 6. We may provide some content on the Software or the official websites. We are not responsible for any third party content you access with the Software or our websites. The Software may let you connect with third-party sites and services, which we call "links" and "tabs". We provide these links and tabs as a convenien ce to you, but we do not control third-party links and tabs and are not responsi ble for them. You are solely responsible for your dealings with any third party, including your damage or cost. 7. The Software may exchange data or information with some third parties, includ ing trackers and other users, while downloading files. All these data and inform ation are anonymous, in which your personal information is not contained. And th e BitComet itself do not collect these data or information. Also, BitComet do no t collect or reveal your privacy in any form. The detail clauses please refer to BitComet Software privacy policy. 8. If any part of this agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nea rly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining porti ons shall remain in full force and effect.
