Checklist

Observe the work they are performing Are the workers competent. Are the workers communicating well with the foreman or supervisor Do they have proper signalman during lifting Numbers of manpower Have a look at the warehouse and storage area. Are the material store properly. Can the material easily located Do they use subcontractor
