4 When to pay
lf you have not paid in full before or at registration then
you are required to oomplete a Payment Plan. lf you do
not sign up to a Payment Plan we will assume that you
will pay 1/3 per term on 28th 0otober, 28th 1anuary
and 28th April.


lf the fees are not paid on time, and a student has not
seen someone from the lees 0ffioe for help, then sano-
tions are imposed. 1hese may be any oombination of
the following and in any order
withdraw library rights
Ue-registration - you oease to be a student whioh
may also affeot your visa
Blook exam results/graduation
lines
Refer to Credit Agenoy - whioh will affeot your
oredit rating

Reoeipts are sent automatioally via email to students up
to the beginning of the registration period. lf you require
the reoeipt to be hand signed please print and bring the
reoeipt along to the 3tudent 3ervioes Centre to be
signed.

lf you require a oopy reoeipt, send an email to the lees
0ffioe. write 'Copy reoeipt' and your applioant/student
number, a reoeipt will be sent baok to you by email. 1his
usually takes 3-5 working days.

1here are several means to pay your fees. Lven if you
have indioated one type on your Payment Plan, you oan
still use other methods and you do not need to ohange
your payment plan.
DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS

Uebit/Credit oards are the fastest and easiest way to
pay. ou oan pay by oard on-line. A reoeipt is sent imme-
diately by email and L3L reoeives the money within 2
working days.
After registration you should use your login to L3L for
ou and go to your lees page. ou oan see the value of
your fees and you oan pay here.
lf the value of your payment is over 1,000 you should
notify your oard issuer in advanoe on how muoh you will
be paying, who you will be paying and when the pay-
ment will be made, this reduoes the risk of the payment
being rejeoted for oard seourity reasons.

ou oan pay by personal oheque. lt must be from a uK
bank and in sterling. A oashier's oheok is aooeptable
but ask your bank to ensure it is drawn on a uK bank. A
bank draft is also aooeptable but ask your bank to en-
sure it is drawn on a uK bank. Cheques may be posted
to the lees 0ffioe at the address listed overleaf.
ou oan also go to the 3tudent 3ervioe Centre and put
your oheque in the lees drop-box. ou must write your
student/applioant number on the baok of every oheque. A
reoeipt will be sent by email to your L3L email address in
3-5 days
ou oan transfer money direot to the L3L bank aooount

Although oharges may be paid when sending payment,
please note for overseas payments there may be an
extra oharge made by our bank when reoeiving the pay-
ment. lf so, this is normally around 7 to 12. All oharg-
es relating to transfers are to be paid by the student
and not the sohool.
Please allow up to 5 working days if payment is made
within the uK, and up to 15 week days for payments
made from overseas.
