2.9 DETAIL SCOPE OF WORK FOR CIVIL & STRUCTURAL

2.9.22 PAVING
2.9.22.1 Contractor shall demolish all existing asphalt
pavement including the sub base that are to be
replaced with concrete pavement
2.9.22.2 Contractor shall supply, construct, inspect and test the 4410112 – CI – DA – 10002D
new heavy duty concrete pavement including 4410112 – CI – DA – 10002
provision of compacted sub grade, sub base, polythene 4410112 – CI – DD – 10001D
membrane, expansion joints, contraction joints, etc. 4410112 – CI – DD – 10001
Contractor shall ensure that the pavement have the 4410112 – CI – DD – 10002
required slope for drainage
2.9.22.3 Contractor shall ensure that the pavement have the
required slope for drainage
2.9.22.4 Contractor shall supply and construct expansion joints
and contraction joints for the new pavement including
provision of necessary dowel bars, jointing material,
crack
2.9.22.5 Contractor shall replace the concrete pavement around 4410112 – CI – DA – 10002D
the Filling Hall with heavy duty concrete pavement as 4410112 – CI – DA – 10002
above 4410112 – CI – DD – 10001D

2.9.22.6 Contractor shall replace the concrete pavement in front 4410112 – CI – DA – 10002D
of the Tank Truck Loading Shed with heavy duty 4410112 – CI – DA – 10002
concrete pavement as above 4410112 – CI – DD – 10002
2.9.22.7 Contractor shall supply, construct, inspect and test
heavy duty concrete pavement as above but using
Grade C 40 concrete for the forklift movement at
palletizing area.
2.9.22.8 Contractor shall supply, replace and make good all
interlocking tiles pavements
2.9.22.9 Contractor shall repair all damaged kerbs 4410112 – CI – DA – 10002
4410112 – CI – DD – 10001
2.9.22.1 Contractor shall repaint all kerbs with black and 4410112 – CI – DA – 10002
0 yellow stripes 4410112 – CI – DD – 10001
2.9.22.11 Contractor shall supply and provide standard
pavement marking indicating the traffic flow using
thermoplastic paint

concrete slab drain covers 4410112-CI-DD-10003
2.9.23.3 Contractor shall repair and make good all damaged 4410112-CI-DA-10002
drains,kerbs,sumps and associated structures .All repair 4410112-CI-DD-10003
works shall be included in this Contract.
2.9.23.4 Contractor shall check all drain slopes and rectify as 4410112-CI-DA-10002
required .All repair works shall be included in this 4410112-CI-DD-10003
Contract.
2.9.23.5 Contractor shall and ensure that all drains are fully 4410112-CI-DA-10002
functional 4410112-CI-DD-10003
Contractor shall repaint all kerbs with black and yellow
stripes.

2.9.28 FLAGPOLES
2.9.28. Contractor shall reinstate the flagpole base including
replacement of the pole sockets and tiling
2.9.28.2 Contractor shall demolish the existing tiles of the
flagpole base
2.9.28.3 Contractor shall supply ,install and make good new
tiles.

2.9.30 Miscellaneous Electrical Facilities
2.9.30.1 Contractor shall supply and construct foundations
(3nos). for the 12 M high support poles for CCTV
cameras.Details of the foundations shall be designed
and furnished by the CCTV pole vendor subject to
PESB review and PDB approval
2.9.30.2 Contractor shall supply and construct foundations
(5nos). for the 15 M high lighting poles for 400W
floodlight HID.Details of the foundations shall be
designed and furnished by the lighting pole vendor
subject to PESB review and PDB approval
2.9.30.3 Contractor shall supply and construct foundations
(7nos.) for the 12 M high lighting poles for 250W
floodlight .Details of the foundations shall be designed
and furnished by the lighting pole vendor subject to
PESB review and PDB approval.
2.9.30.4 Contractor shall supply and construct foundations (12
nos).for the 10 M high lighting poles for 250W
compound light .Details of the foundations shall be
designed and furnished by the lighting pole vendor
subject to PESB review and PDB approval.
2.9.30.4 Contractor shall supply ,construct ,inspect and test the
new cable pulling pits (4 nos.) including provision of
excavation , lean concrete ,formwork ,reinforcing
bars,ladder rungs ,pit covers ,manhole covers , etc.
