Employee Name: Andrew Company Name: ABS Electronics Andrew is an Electronic Engineer and currently occupies the position of senior Technical Manager for the telephone division in ABS Electronics. He has an experience of 25 years in the industry and has been with this company for the past 15 years. Andrew is basically a hardworking employee and has always been performing to the best of his ability. Andrews family consists of a wife and a daughter who is going to join a well reputed college in the U.K and the family is trying to raise money to fund her education.

Roya is a MSW graduate and has been an employee of the Concern Foundation for the past 5 years. She got married recently and is now expecting her first child. She has contributed to the organization by coordinating the help money that the foundation receives. She contacts the prospective donors on the phone and gets an appointment for the pitching team to meet them. Once the money is transferred the receipt is duly acknowledged by her. She likes her job and does not want to lose it on account of her pregnancy. Employee Name: Yudhi Company Name: KLM Textiles Yudhi is a lower level employee who works in the folding department of KLM Textiles. He works for 12 hours in a day, 6 in the night shift and the remaining in the day shift. His family consists of a wife and three kids. Yudhi has minimum aspirations and is looking for job security that will ensure safety of his family and his childrens education. Yudhi believes in hard work and is confident about his skills in the folding.

He has been serving in the position for the past three years and he is considered to be an asset to the company. His vast experience in the medical equipment industry has made him a hot favorite of the industry and several competitors have been luring him to leave Berlin group and

join their respective companies.

His forte is sales and his sales acumen, especially in dealing with HNI customers is well known in the bank. Lately however, he has been under achieving his targets and his subordinates often compliant about his lack of interest in doing the job. There are no problems in his family life which could be the reason of this lack of interest. His salary has a fixed component and for every 10 th customer he gets a 5% commission. Ms Samjukta works as a recruiting officer in the HR consulting firm HR House. She looks after the recruiting through the print and is unhappy with her job as she is not getting a bigger profile. She wants to explore all aspects of recruitment and selection as she is passionate about HR. She had aired her opinion to her immediate boss who promised to look into it. However she was disappointed to know that her friend who had put in the same request was shifted to a better post and her plea was overlooked. She wants to quit the job now.
