L'Oréal Paris Hair Expertise Duo Sachet Sampling Campaign

1. The sampling campaign is open to all UK and ROI residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of the Promoter’s employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion. 2. 200,000 samples available while stocks last. 3. No purchase is necessary. 4. Only one entry per person. 5. Multiple entries made by the same person from various email or other accounts will not be accepted. 6. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. 7. Entries must be via the o cial entry form, which can be found at www.lorealparis.co.uk. Entrant must have internet access to be eligible. 8. When entering, entrants must give at least one comment about why they would like to try L’Oréal Paris Hair Expertise EverPure. 9. Proof of sending cannot be accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be taken for entries lost, damaged or delayed whether due to technical or connectivity problems or otherwise. Incomplete, illegal or misdirected entries will not be accepted. 10. Entries must be received on or before 25.06.2012, subject to availability. 11. The rst 200,000 entries each will receive an EverPure Sample Sachet consisting of a 10ml shampoo and a 10ml conditioner sample. 12. Entrants should allow up to six weeks for delivery by post of the EverPure Sample. 13. The sample is as stated and there are no alternative or cash substitutes. 14. The Promoter's decision is nal and no correspondence will be entered into. 15. The entrants agree to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion and for L’Oréal Paris to use the comments left when entering. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities. Entrants hereby waive any intellectual property or other rights in their statement as to why they would like to try Hair Expertise EverPure. 16. If the sample is declined or if the entrant forfeits the sample under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at its absolute discretion select an alternative entrant. 17. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the sampling campaign at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control. 18. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion. 19. Entrants must read and accept the website terms and conditions and privacy policy to be eligible. 20. By entering the sampling campaign, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions.
