Technical Characteristics: Hydraulically operated opening/closing System. One Frame for different pipe types with interchangeable bushing system. Load sensor for unintended opening under load Additional signal line indicates that the elevator is under load Integrated feedback device when door is closed. Integrated Trigger System for automatic door closing. Hydraulical Rotation system for +/- 120 tilt operation to enable pick up pipe from the horizontal position.

Benefits: New customized pipe size ranges. Massively reduced weights (up to 30 %) due to new elevator load structure developed inhouse via Finite Element Analysis. Increased operational speed due to changed hydraulics and door system. Simplified Elevator mechanics and improved hydraulics with less parts. Easy maintenance with exchangeable system parts. Can be used with existing Control Units. Can be used with existing B+V Rotation System. Reduced bushing weights and therefore much faster removable bushing system to change the tubular diameter.
