INTRODUCTION
This cleaning program is organized by the Chemical Engineering students for their Islamic Studies project named Down To Earth. The students were divided into several units, respective tasks which form the amazing teamwork between international and local students. This charity work is not purposely to get marks for project but also in the other hand to see with their own eyes the poverty of the society and at the sametime to lend their big hand to help the society. In the end of the discussion, the committee had decided to go to Tanah PerkuburanBatu 30 and Surau Batu30 . The ladies were responsible to clean the Surau while the man used up all their energy to clean the cemetery.

OBJECTIVES
This program were conducted to execute social responsibility and furthermore to contribute to the society. On the other hand, it will also strengthen the brotherhood, and sisterhood and what will called ukhuwah among students. In addition, the participants will also gain a huge experience and as a reminder of death. Last but not least, this project will also to glorify the name of University Technology Petronas.

7.30 am: Gather in front of the Village 2 cafe 7.45am : Depart from UTP 8.15 am : Arrive at the SurauBatu30, 32600 Bota, Perak. 8.20 am : Welcoming ceremony. -welcoming speech by Head of WaqfLand , Tuan Haji Ihsan -speech and a short briefing by the Program Manager, Muhammad Farhan Bin Muhd.Yunus. -speech by Advisor of the program, UstazahMashitahBtSabdin. 8.50am : 30 boys depart to BATU 30 Cemetery. 9.00am : At both venues, the cleaning sessions start. 10.10am :Short break. 11.00am :Yassin recitation for boys (at cemetery) while girls help to prepare the lunch (at surau).

11.30 : all participants gather at the SurauBatu 30 for the closing ceremony. 11.40 : Closing ceremony. -give way souvenirs to the Surau committee. -closing speech by the Head of Waqf Land, Tuan Haji Ihsan. 12.10 : all the participants will have a lunch together with the local community. 12.00-12.30 : depart from the theSurau -welfare unit members are in-charge in assuring the cleanliness of the venue.

PRE-ACTIVITIES PROGRAMME
We had called the management of the surau and the authorities to give us the permission and cooperation to successfully achieve our mission. We also had done some research on the internet to find some informations and went to the place itself to survey the condition of the surau and cemetery. Moreover, we also managed to make some efforts to increase the fund of the programmes and achieve the amount that we targeted.

The extra money from the spending on food and beverages will be invested on other particular things as stated above.
