SPECIAL POINTS OF INTEREST:

loha, friends and family, hope all is well with each and every one of you. 4 New Supporters On Sunday, May 20, we 32 Children Saved attended our last service at Midway Baptist Church. We were also commissioned that day as missionaries with Child Evangelism Fellowship. It was bitterI N S I D E T H I S I S S U E : sweet but it was a powerful service as we felt the Support Updates 2 presence of the Lord as our congregation covered us in Ministry Updates 2-3 prayer. Three days later, on May 23, we said our final New Beginnings 3 goodbyes and began our journey to Hawaii. We Prayers, Praises & 4 decided to take a road trip so Positives we drove out west visiting Spiritual Condition 4 friends and doing some sight seeing along the way. We of Hawaii battled 90 degree weather, severe thunder storms, dense CONTACT fog and not to forget snow, INFORMATION: snow and more snow. things happen soon, but as the Lord would have it, it is not His time. Thus, we continue to wait for His perfect time. As missionaries and as Christians, Kristin and I are to trust the Lord whether the funds come in or whether the funds do not, whether our house is sold or whether it is not. In other words, we are to call home. However, I am reminded that God will take care of all our needs and ALL things work for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).

... the more we see Gods hand at work in our lives and circumstances, the easier trusting Him becomes.
So, as we let go and let God, we are trusting Him to work all things out that we have no idea of how to work out on our own. And, as a result, we continue to see the Lord provide for our family.

Commissioning Service at Midway Baptist Church learning to let go and let God do what He has promised He WILL do and that is, take care of us (Matthew 6:25-34), even when it does not seem that way. The thing is, the more we see Gods hand at work in our lives and circumstances, the easier trusting Him becomes. It is a scary thought being here in Hawaii and not being fully funded, with a house still for sale and just not knowing where or when we will find an affordable place
