I-ORGANIZATION

a) Form of Business Organization

The business is business partnership of four (4) individuals, who taking up

Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship.The partnership agreed to combine their

resources such as money, skill, talents etc. and all the things they will needed in their

decision to engage in selling of all kind of Food.

The company is in a general partnership where all the owners are general

partner. Profit and loss sharing is equal and initial investments are made at 1 million

pesos each. As defined by the partnership law; Partnership is an association of two or

more people carrying a business, with a goal of earnings a profit. A partnership is viewed

as being one and same as its owners. There is a little formality involved in creating a

partnership because basically it is easy to be organized.

1) General Manager

A general manager has broad, overall responsibility for a business

organization. The general manger is responsible for all areas. General Manager

manages also individuals reporting to him/her who are not managers. He/she has a

power to hired, fired, or promote employees.

He/she is responsible for the overall strategic planning and direction of the

business organization and lives the day to day management of the various functions to

the managers

Jonathan Ricohermoso is appointed as the general managers of RICOS IN

distributor & retail his qualifications are:

2) Finance Managers

A finance manager has an overall responsibility for the financial status of the

business. The finance managers is responsible for all the accounts of the business and

he/she is responsible in auditing of all the cash that the company receive and in all the

expenses that company done and he/she is responsible in allocating and sourcing of

funds for the business

Nero Jab Cortes is appointed as the finance manager of the ricos in

distributor whole sale & retail his qualifications are

3) Purchasing Managers

The Purchasing manager has an overall responsibility of buying of all the

materials needed in the operation of the business. The Purchasing manager is

responsible in buying of all the equipment. He/she is also responsible in allocating of

sources of SERVICE he can buy it a lowest price.


The Purchasing Manager is also responsible to sure that the service going to

sell is frees and good condition so that the buyer back to buy again the product.

He/she is also responsible in inventory of the eggs.

Rodel is appointed as the purchasing managers of RICO’s Inn in sale his

qualifications are:

4) Sales & Marketing Manager

The Sales & Marketing Manager has an overall responsibility in checking

of sales of the business. He/she is responsible in checking of the status of the business

through checking the financial statistic of the business. He/she is responsible in making

of the strategy on how the business can achieve their target sales.

Rhianne Jabrica is appointed as the Sales & Marketing Managers of the

Restaurant.

B) PRODUCTION ASPECT

Production aspect, also known as operating management is the planning,

co-ordination and restaurant process

Production planning and control is set up to integrate and control the use

of more power, materials, methods, and money for efficient output in production to

meet the sales requirements and to obtain customer satisfaction with the product line

and services. Production, planning and control should fit the nature of production

process. Producing a product or a service which is new in the market comes from an

idea. The plan is to develop it into a product or services.

The target of our business is all the store here in Southern tagalog because

of according to our research that all of the store in Lucena are establishing a restaurant,

like Jollebe Mac Donald and kuyas restaurant in our research that all the People here in

Lucena, they. Lack of establishment. Even their is a restaurant here, the price is not

affordable for there salary.
