Behind every successful man exists a woman. So undoubtedly girls are very important for the future development of the younger generation. The future generation girl, the modern girl is a representation of competition competing with the boys in all walks of life and seeking a career. If girls connect well life may become an arbour of loveliness and good manners and not become a snake pit of horror and crime. Jane Buckingham a true example of a modern girl has written on subjects such as parenting tips and predictions about the future for businesses. She has written a book, Teens Speak Out a report from teens about their hopes for the future. The book was featured on programmes including The Oprah Winfrey Show .She started her own youth focussed trend pre casting firm youth intelligence in 1996 which made predictions about the future for businesses. In 2009 she left the company to start Trendera as innovation precasting, consulting, research and multimedia company. This is truly an example of how girls inspire the future. Some reputed schools like The Modern High School for Girls in Kolkata and some colleges like The Modern Girls College of Professional Studies in Lucknow are examples of girls acting as an inspiration for the future. Girls want to pursue education and go on to successful careers. Later on in everything they do they instil human perspective. Utilizing exceptional strategic thinking truly innovative creativity and outstanding execution they render communications unique and highly effective. Girls have a special role in todays world to cultivate better citizens. They are the creators of good society and make society a heaven by removing the wrongs and evils from society. Girls when they mature and become mothers are a great reservoir of inspiration for all of us throughout our lives. They inspire children to become good human beings and play a key role in moulding their children even after they are grown up irrespective of age. The role of the girl who becomes the future mother is prominent as we find today roles of terrorism are spreading day by day. The gap between the haves and have nots is increasing faster. This leads to

citizens who go for crimes for easy access to money. The political leaders misuse their powers and adopt corrupt practices to grab power and wealth. Government employees/also divert quick money at the cost of their legitimate duties. Thus we have today society that is more characterless and deviates from basic religion and is on a deteriorating lifestyle. Use of drugs, Alcohol and sex is prevalent in early age. Late night parties and call centre culture is spoiling the society. People go for more easy available junk food rather than home cooked food.Obeseity is increasing well to do families while people suffer from malnutrition in order to treat the problems from its roots and to have the next generation women to be educated and endowed with wisdom courage and faith that comfit them for the great responsibility of curing the social diseases that rest upon them. The girl (The future mother) should be a role model for her child. Even women with degrees who have special skills like engineers,doctors,scientists etc should pursue a career along with motherhood and influence and make a good impression on their children. The future generation girl should ensure that their children do not face mental problems and enjoy good mental as well as physical health. Mental health is not the absence of mental illness but also means having skills necessary to cope with life challenges. If children are made to possess such skills to overcome lifes challenges then truly they will be as inspiration for the future.
