DENR Pabor sa Binatilyo Nalunod Sanitary Landfill San Jacinto-Isang labing-dalawang taon na
Dagupan City-Pabor ang Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) na magkaroon ng Sanitary Landfill ang Lungsod ng Dagupan. Dahil sa suliranin sa mga basura, inimungkahi ni Reymundo Gayo, Community Environment and Natural Resources Officer ng nasabing ahensya na mahalaga na magkaroon ng Sanitary Landfill sa lungsod. Inimungkahi ni Gayo na maaring makituwang sa ibang bayan na mayroon sariling Sanitary Landfill ang Lungsod ng Dagupan dahil umano sa kakulangan ng tamang lugar para pagtapunan ng mga basura.
