Low creep, with high strength reserve under dead load. Low shrinkage. Betteradhering capacity on moist base areas. High bond strength after curing. Bonding failure is up to the strength ofbed layer. Adaptto irregularor uneven base.

Thixotrooic. Temperature range of -60 degrees Celcius to +60 degrees Celcius. Little by-product after curing.
