On Friday, June 15,2012 at 3:55 pm, I opened the door of my home atl I
I I. Bethesda, Maryland, in Montgomery County, and saw a man lurking on
the left side of my home. I walked toward my car to pick up my a-year old daughter
when I noticed that the man jumped into a red Mitsubishi Eclipse convertible and
raised a camera to take pictures of me getting into my car. He then took other
pictures of me as J drove away to pick up my daughter. I turned around and
followed the car in order to get his license plate number, hich I did" hile stopped
at a red light at Burdette and River Road. The man then took another picture of me
and my daughter at the red light.
I immediately returned to my home and called 911. T 0 deputies came to my home
and I gave them the plate number, told them that I was being stalked, and that I have
a Peace Order in effect against a man named Aaron Walker. The deputies told me
that the plate and car belonged to a man named John Firman orton, I I
I I Fairfax, VA 22030.
I have been stalked byseveral persons the past year and have a current Peace Order
against Aaron Walker from Manassas, Virginia who has used the Internet to incite
people to harm me. lt0601SP019792012 Mr. Walker's conduct has resulted in
scores of threats against my family and me over the past month, including by a man
named Martin Maher. I filed criminal harassment charges against Mr. Maher on June
8,2012.#3D00279429
On June 20,2012, one of Mr. Walker's clients, Seth Allen, ~ ho has also previously
stalked me and hose Peace Order against me recently expired,
#0601SP031592011. posted on the Internet one ofthe photos that Mr. orton had
taken of me on June 15 .
Mr. Norton clearly has a relationship with Mr. Allen and Mr. Walker, and I firmly
believe that Mr. Norton is or was conspiring with Aaron Walker or his client Seth
.A.lIen, or others acting on behalf of Aaron Walker, to stalk or harass me and place me
and my family in fear. Mr. Walker has engaged in a course of conduct against me
using, as Judge Vaughey found, others as proxies to harass and stalk me. I have
repeatedly asked r. Walker to leave me alone but he has continually said that he
was going to make me "pay. '
Mr. Norton showed up unannounced and without any permission or notice to me on
my private property. and was taking pictures and watching my family and me. r.
orton's conduct is clearly related to Mr. Walker's course of harassing conduct
involving a valid peace order. No one would come to my home fromVirginia on
their own, and T. alker's client, Seth Allen would only post my picture on a blog
with kno ledge of k alker.
I did not give Mr. orton permission to take pictures of me on or off my property.
Mr. Norton knows that I have a Peace Order against Mr. Walker because that has
been widely reported and there would be no reason for Mr. Norton to come to my
property except at the direction of Mr. Walker, Mr. Allen or one of r. Walker's
other proxies. r. Norton trespassed by coming to my property without
permission. He put me in fear of harm and caused my 8-year old daughter fear. He
conspired with Mr. Walker, Mr. Allen or others acting on behalf of Mr. Walker to
stalk me and place me and my family in fear.
