1. How would you describe yourself? Im a jolly person, I talk a lot especially when I want to share something.

I dont easily give-up when I want something I try every possible way jus to have it. Im a little bit bossy sometimes. Im kuripot according to my friends and I also believe in that. I dont want predictable things, I want surprises, excitement, something amazing. Im a good listener and problem adviser sometimes. 2. Why did you leave your last job? As a managing partner of Zip and Pop? Actually that business began in our entrepreneurship class. Were tasked to develop and sell a product online that is unique so we decided to offer dual-purpose bags like laptop bags and bag organizer we focus on how to make those bags dual purpose so it becomes expensive and the design is good Because I think the product itself is not positioned well in the market, and I want to have a business on my own. 3. What are your long range and short range goals and objectives? SHORT-TERM I want to improve my skills further, Im planning to take swimming lessons, driving lessons, martial arts and play some musical instruments like piano or violin. I also want to be very good at one sport in BADMINTON. Being a finance head of UP Lakan for two academic years, I can say that I work well in teams and I can proactively manage complex problems. I am also good in multi-tasking without compromising quality and productivity. Although I may not have so much professional experience about the job but one thing I can promise is to share my knowledge and skills that I have learned from my university and as long as the company provides training, I can continue to learn and make significant contributions to be an asset of the company. My standards of success is simple. That is when you got the job that you really want that requires your interest and morals or goals in life. When your work is recognized by your peers and subordinates . Working does not only requires your ability,capacity and knowledge but also needs LOVE. Treat your work not as a task but a reponsibility. This is your bread and butter so give your best. Recognition and promotion is also considered as success .You gained the managements trust that you can handle a bigger responsibility,this will not only give you better compensation but also the authority to handle people. Last standard of success is the feeling of satisfaction/fulfilment you gained from the fruits of your work. He or she must communicate clearly and passionately, as passion is contagious. A good leader must have the discipline to work toward his or her vision single-mindedly, as well as to direct his or her actions and those of the team toward the goal. Action is the mark of a leader. A leader does not suffer analysis paralysis but is always doing something in pursuit of the vision, inspiring others to do the same.
