House Rules

The following are the term and conditions of the agreement under which rooms are permitted to be used by the guests.
1. Tariff: your room rate on the tariff card given to you by the reception

or as mention on your registration card singed by you on arrival is for the room only and is exclusive of any government taxes as applicable.
2. Settlement of Bills: Bills must be settled on presentation, personal

cheques are not accepted.

3. Departure: Checkout time is 12 noon; please inform the reception if

you wish to retain your room beyond this time. Unto 18.00hours, if the room is made available, half of the tariff will be charged. After 18.00hours, the full tariff applicable will be charged.
4. Luggage Storage: luggage should be stored in the left luggage room at

the guests sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause. Luggage may not be stored for a period of over 30 days.
5. Visitors Belongings: visitors are particularly requested to lock the

door of their room when going to the bed. The company will not any way whatsoever be responsible for the loss of resident goods or any other property.
6. Damage to Property: Guest will be held responsible for any loss or

damage to the hotel property caused by them, friends or any person for whom they are responsible.
7. Government Rules and Regulation: Guests are requested to observe

the government rules & regulation in force from time to time in respect of registration, alcoholic beverages, fire arms etc.

8. Guest shall read and adhere to the instructions of the hotel in regard to the use of any of the hotel facilities and to use such facilities only in the manner stipulated and none other. 9. Guest shall visit/ use facilities provided by independent agents on the hotel premises such as shops, car rentals, galleries etc, entirely at his or her own risk. 10.guest shall not be use the hotel swimming pool and health club if suffering from an infections or transmittable disease
11. Food and Beverage: Guest are request use only hotel facilities for any

food and beverage requirements. Supply from nay external source will not be permitted.
12. Safety and Security: Fro the safety and security of the guest various

people, product and system are in place. In case of emergency kindly follow instructions.
13. Room Key: It is important to keep the room safety when you leave the

room, please leave the key at the reception counter. You are advised not to carry the key out of the hotel. If the key is lost or misplaced guest will be liable to pay for the loss before departure as per hotel policy.
14. Pets: As a hotel policy pets are not allowed in the hotel. 15. Fire arms: Guests are advised not to carry any fire arms or weapons of

any sort inside the hotel premises. If you are carrying one, please deposit the same with the security officer of the hotel during your stay in the hotel.
16. Amendment of Rules: The management reserves the right to add, to

alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions and rules, without any prior intimation or notice.
