Power led on/off? If on is modem getting power, if off then modem line disconnect. Online led blinking/Stable? If blinking, restart modem for 1-2 mins better if within PC, If stable, modem connects is authenticate. LAN led blinking/Stable? If blinking, then ok RSSI leds status at a time on/off? If on 4 then signal strength is much strong, if off or getting below 4 then its weak.

Password Change in ModemIn Modem Start > Run > Write cmd > Enter > Pop up a black screen > Write ipconfig/all > Enter > View Default Gateway (192.168.3.1) (This IP address paste in address bar & when it click Go/Enter then show) Configuration Window Appears > Ok > Advanced settings > (See the Figure-5) Wi-max configuration > Change password > Administration > Restart > Ok > Reboot (It will take some time)

Password Change in web-self-care


Log in at my.qubee.com.bd:10080 then user will get these below box Member Login User Name_____ Password______ My Information Account Number Account Created Date Account Status Home My Info---------------Change Password, Bill quire Usage Detail My Plan Customer Care-----Customer quire, My quire status Logout * User can use his web self care for sending any change request.

Connection CheckIt can observed with ping follow, Start > Run > Write cmd > Enter > Pop up a black screen > Write ping <space> www.google.com -t > Enter > If repeatedly replay from are coming that means connection ok. If shows Requested time out then its getting problem.

Restart Modem by internal way:

Radio Frequency CINR value check:


Type 192.168.3.1 then enter StatusRadio StatusReceived Power Level-dBmCINR ratio XXdB Then Refresh.

Click on Search

Click On Account

2. Search A/c Name:

After assuring the name or user name click on the Name Type name and click on search below

3. viewing the account:

Now Click on Change Password and you will find the new window

4. Resetting the password:
