Hello! Its with great pleasure that we introduce to you what we have been working on for several months.

This is what the Strategic Global Team has to propose as a response to the Transition Team, which has requested submissions for their brainstorming on how to make the RBE (resource based economy) a reality. We will try to be succinct with this first contact. We are aware that the vast content will raise many questions. We are also inviting everyone to a Team Speak session afterwards. :)

What sustains what we have to present?


As any project, to be accurate, it must be backed by a deep study. This study is called the Generalism Theory. This theory has enabled us to diagnose mankinds health. It has allowed us yet to point out an environment to overcome its deficiencies, this is what we call the transition process. Although we present succinctly, it is very important that everyone understand the issue closely. There is a book that presents this theory, but unfortunately it is still only available in its original language, Brazilian Portuguese. However, there is an English version that superficially outlines the content found in the 59 chapters and it's available here. The book is organized in 6 parts which can be downloaded here: part 1, part 2, part 3, part 4, part 5, part 6. This theory uses many "new and redefined technical terms , which are important to clearly understand our present state. We will use these terms to a minimum and to facilitate the understanding we have assembled a glossary, it is available here. In this presentation, all the technical terms related to the generalism theory will be colored red.

Where to does the transition takes us?


Our current social reality is barbarism, which is composed of groups firmly rooted in antagonistic relationships. One of its defining features is subjective politics and the monetary economy. Transition comes to be defined as the processes of moving the whole of the human race to a state of civilization, which itself is composed by the resource based economy and scientific politics. The goal of the transition process is to reach the next worlds social organization which is sketched in the following picture:

All part 5 and chapter 29 of the book explain in more detail the graph above. The important point to clarify is that this organization allows all mankind to practice unconditional love.

The issue is not the solution, but the problem.


The theory of generalism allows us to deeply understand the human society problem. By understanding the problem, in a processual perspective, the solution automatically becomes evident. Thus, the transition process begins immediately with an understanding of what we have to face: our own ignorance about how our species lives. We all suffer from social schizophrenia. The plan of the transition process we have to share with you is organized into 5 moments. This spreadsheet presents them very briefly, but already organized in chronological order. We know that its content is not self-explanatory, but it helps to have a sense of what we have to share in a next contact.

The 8 world teams and the regional communities.


We have to act as a single species. Any form of separation by NGOs, countries, churches, social movements and any group just keeps us out of focus: to unite all humanity. To this end, we propose the 8 world teams. They work as an abstract functional conception that allows human organization to use their abilities in favor of the world. In other words, is the way we found to allow volunteers to work only under the "flag" that really matters: the Earth. Any human activity fits into one or more world team umbrella. The functions of the teams are interdependent and no one can be a member of them because, again, they are only abstract functional concepts. They just organize activities and projects, they are not groups. The 8 world teams are: (ST) Strategic team - organizes the transition process.

The regional communities act locally, allowing the healthy flow (see: health) of tangible resources and intangible resources among physically close people.

What is clearly needed:


First of all, as already mentioned, we need to arrange a meeting to talk as soon as possible. There is much to be shared. As you may see what we have to present goes far beyond a mere technical plan, it involves a whole shift in personal values of everyone (which is the main key). We are trying to anticipate various issues, such as finding the 700 million people (10% of humanity) to form the critical mass and bring real local changes. There is an urgent need for the 8 world teams and the regional communities. Nothing that we propose can be done based on credulity. A full understanding is vital. So we're all looking for help in translating the book that presents the theory to English. Please, we ask for all your attention to every detail. We are putting ourselves available to contact.
