If you are going through matrimonial proceedings it may well be that you require to make a new will or up date any existing will due to the change in your family circumstances. While your proceedings are ongoing, you will be able to make a will for yourself for a discounted fee. Making a will ensures your estate is distributed according to your wishes and can reduce the burden on family members in what can be a difficult and stressful time.

We will confirm our hourly rates at the outset of your proceedings to ensure that you are aware of all the costs involved. We provide regular fee information and interim billing arrangements so you will always be on top of your account.
