In certain circumstances, where money is to be received as a result of a financial settlement, we may agree to await payment of costs out of the proceeds of any such settlement. Alternatively we have a direct debit system by which you can pay a monthly amount towards your legal costs.

We will send you copies of all correspondence and keep you continually informed and up dated on all progress made on your behalf. We will deal with your queries promptly and arrange appointments should you need to see us. We will return your phone calls or emails as soon as possible.

If you are going through matrimonial proceedings it may well be that you require to make a new will or up date any existing will due to the change in your family circumstances. While your proceedings are ongoing, you will be able to make a will for yourself for a discounted fee. Making a will ensures your estate is distributed according to your wishes and can reduce the burden on family members in what can be a difficult and stressful time.

We will confirm our hourly rates at the outset of your proceedings to ensure that you are aware of all the costs involved. We provide regular fee information and interim billing arrangements so you will always be on top of your account.
