TSOPF - Technical Specifications
Sound Specifications High Quality 4 way active (including Subs) with 110db at FOH with no distortion, e.g., D&B,VDOSC. Nexo-GEO, Line array. No home made systems will be accepted without prior agreement. Soundcraft Vi6, Digico D5, Yamaha PM5D. 40ch Midas Heritage series or Soundcraft Series 5 or Similar. The Mix Position Should be in a good working area. System crossover/controller Control Rack 2 x 31 band graphic EQ e.g. Klark Technic 1 x CD player Mini Disk ( intro ) L+R to stage monitor desk 1 x Intercom system to monitor position and guitar technician.

Please supply stand for Rot toms (own supply) we will bring a suitable bracket plus mount for 3 rotos. Drum stool.
Please supply the above with all hardware i.e. all pedals and stands and in first class condition. A special mention for the drumheads. Please supply standard single or double play heads in good condition Preferably Remo Coated Ambassadors 1 x Yamaha S-90.
Keyboards
It is vital that ALL components of this keyboard are working, including the disk drive, and there must be NO broken or sticky keys. There is to be no compromise on this keyboard as this make and model is vital to the show. 1 x DOUBLE keyboard stand (double tier stand made by Quiklock) 1x Keyboard stool, which must be fully adjustable in height 1x Roland Xp30
If any of these cannot be provided you must contact us immediately. For Percussion please supply 1 x Drum rack with 1 boom arm extending from each vertical pole, with that please supply an additional 5 cymbal boom arms and multi clamps (Makes include Gibraltar/Pearl/Yamaha). If this supply is not possible please supply 6 good quality cymbal stands + boom arms + an additional 3 cymbal boom arms and multi clamps. Extras 1 x Drum riser 2.4m( 8ft) x 2.4( 8ft) x 0.500m(1ft) complete with carpet 1 percussions and Backing vocal riser 4.8m( 16ft) x 2.4m(8ft) x 0.500m(1ft)

Projection Specifications Minimum 5000 lumen LCD or DLP projector capable of receiving VGA rgb input. For circular truss the screen must fit within truss. If not then white cyclorama or screen to cover stage back. Projector lens/position combination to create a projected image at least 7 meters wide. If lens is not of appropriate ratio suitable position for projector must made available. VGA Cabling to reach from projector position to either front of house mixer position or side of stage. We will supply video playback system on Apple MAC. If a video projector cannot be provided there is scope to use an LED wall which must cover 80%of the entire back wall of the stage.

Travel Arrangements The promoter to be responsible for: Any overweight baggage supplements All transfers between Hotels, Concerts and any other venues (i.e. restaurants, radio and TV stations etc) The Spirit of pink Floyd requires suitable transport for 14 people, luggage and musical equipment. (Please ensure enough room for luggage and musical equipment). The Tour Manager will liase with the promoter re all travel, hotel and meal arrangements In certain cases the 3 members of the crew will need to travel before the band to ensure the technical aspects of the concert are met.
Accommodation and meals Please ensure quality accommodation i.e. a 4 star international hotel with inclusive breakfast. Dinner or PDs to be determined by band management and promoter. Food In general apart from hotel breakfast the members of touring party will require a full cooked 3 course meal at the venue or restaurant nearby after the sound check (normally around 5.30-6pm). The Spirit of Pink Floyd Show have 2 vegetarian members of their party (Adele and Carolyn Harley Backing vocalists). It is absolutely essential that a good variety of both hot and cold meals can be provided for them (green salads and omelettes every day are not acceptable), suggestions are pizzas, curries, nut roasts, pasta and interesting vegetarian dishes along with the obvious!
In the Venue:
Dressing rooms 2 (two) comfortable heated dressing rooms with adequate security (staff, and or locks), enough relaxing seats for 10 people (each one dressing room). Please ensure that a private toilet is available for the band backstage Production office The production office should be of adequate size to accommodate 3 (three) fold out desks, 3 (three) large size production cases and room for 3 (three) management and production staff to work. This office, phones and internet lines will need to be ready for use at load in time, clean and climate controlled. Supplied locally we will need 3 (three) proper office chairs on wheels, 2 (two ) no restricted phone lines, 1 (one) high speed internet hard line, supplied by the promoter, the high speed internet line needs to be accessible to plug in our hub to facilitate our VoIP phones, computers and wireless systems for the tour. This internet line needs to be dedicated to our production and not shared with any other users at the venue. Wireless only in the office is not acceptable as portions of our equipment do not operate on a wireless basis hence the need for a hard internet connection. Green room / VIP ticket holders meet and greet room This room requires 1 (one) linen covered table and 12 (twelve) simple chairs. Adequate lighting, climate controlled and a trash can will also be needed. This room should be available all day prior to the performance and for 2 (two) hours after the show.
TSOPF - Catering Rider

Coffee maker. Salt & pepper, butter, mayonnaise. Glasses, cups, cutlery (knives, forks, spoons, plates) no paper please. Cooler, ice/ glasses etc. Refrigerator for meats/cheeses (full-size or compact if adequately sized).
Production office (at load in) Cheese/Ham/Sandwiches/snacks/biscuits etc. for minimum 5 people. 15 cans coke, sprite & fanta 20 water small bottles. 10 cans redbull or isotonic drink
Green room / VIP Meet and Greet area (at load in) 20 water, single serving bottles 12 assorted soft drinks 12 assorted juices, single serving size Assorted chips, salsa, snacks to serve 24 (twenty-four) people
Stage (at load in) 40 water Small bottles for stage use. 5 medium flashlight. 20 plastic glasses Provided locally by the promoter the band and crew will require the following towels to be placed in production office at load in time: 5 (five) large prewashed bath size towels, 16 (sixteen) small prewashed black stage towels
After Show: 6 Pizza ( 2 vegetarian different type please) Sandwiches/Assorted chips/salsa/snacks, etc. for minimum 15 people (please include a reasonable proportion of vegetarian food). 5 cartons fruit juice 10 litre bottles still water
