Doxa
the Choir of Holy Fathers convened from every corner of the civilized world, they decreed into Dogma the single Essence and Nature of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit. And the Mystery of Theology they clearly handed down to the Church. Let us the Faithful call them Blessed, and, extolling them, let us proclaim: O Divine Battalion:, Heavy Artillery of Theologians of our Lords Army! Luminaries who shine brightly in the Noetic Firmament! The Mystical Zions Unassailable Towers!the Sweetscented Flowers of Paradise! The solid Gold Mouthpieces of the Logos! The Glory of Chalcedon and the Splendour of the Universe! Intercede insistently on behalf of our souls.

Thou
art supremely Blessed, O Virgin Theotokos. For through Him Who from Thee became Incarnate, Hades was taken prisoner, and Adam has been summoned to return, and the Curse has been neutralised, and Eve has been liberated; Death has been put to death, and we have been brought to Life! Extolling, we cry out: O Christ our God, Thou art Blessed, for so was Thy Good Pleasure! Glory to Thee!

Lord, although the grave was sealed by lawless men, Thou came from the Tomb as Thou had been born from the Theotokos; Thy Bodiless Angels did not know how Thou had become Incarnte, the soldiers guarding Thee did not know when Thou Arose, for both are sealed for those who enquire, but the Wonders have been revealed to those who with Faith worship the Mystery that we hymn: Grant us Joy and Great Mercy! God in His Saints; praise Him in the Firmament of His Power. Lord, having smashed the Eternal Bars and burst bonds asunder, Thou Rose from the Tomb, leaving Thy grave clothes behind as evidence of Thy True Burial for three days; and Thou went ahead into Galilee, while being guarded in a cave.
