Sie sind universell einsetzbar: Verschiedenste Arten von Bewegungen und Verfahrwegen Fhren sensibler Bus- und Datenleitungen und LWL genauso wie Energieformen wie Elektrizitt, Gase, Luft und Flssigkeiten Bei sehr hoher dynamischer Beanspruchung und harten Anforderungen an die Lebensdauer In unterschiedlichensten Umgebungen und Klimazonen Als Hersteller von E-Ketten und speziellen Chainflex-Leitungen fr E-Ketten nutzt igus die Mglichkeit, E-Ketten und Leitungen praxisnah zu prfen. Im eigenen Technikum in Kln werden unter schwierigsten Einsatzbedingungen zahlreiche Testreihen parallel durchgefhrt. Zur Zeit sind es ber 35 Aufbauten, deren Versuchsergebnisse in Datenbanken zusammengefasst werden. Dieser umfangreiche und aktuelle Datenpool liefert przise und verlliche Angaben ber die tatschliche Lebensdauer und ist gleichzeitig Basis der Neuprodukt-Entwicklung im Unternehmen. Die Versuchsdaten fr E-Ketten und Leitungen, aber auch fertig konfektionierte Systeme, sind dabei so detailliert, dass igus fr seine E-KettenSysteme je nach Anwendung eine Funktionsgarantie verbrieft.
