Working of E.S.I. scheme:


E.S.I. means employees state insurance scheme. It is necessary in all the companies according to 1948 act the company has provided insurance facilities to all the workers the company deducts certain amount of the salary of the workers every month If any accident occurs on the job or kind of illness or injury this reserved money is given him from the insurance.

Study of provident fund scheme:


Provident fund scheme of the unit is as per rules and regulations of the government the company follows the law of 1952 in terms of provident fund scheme the provident fund is a compulsory of the employees. In which VENUS FIBER PVT LTD 12% salary of the employees is collect to provident funds and also pays interest.
