Vision Is the answer of the question What we want to be?

Vision
It is the future picture that the CEO ,entrepreneur or the chief of board see the business. A mental image produced by the imagination. That future view he try to deliver it to all stake holders in : 1- Common and clear statement . 2- Walk the talk philosophy .

Vision should be
1- Clear . 2- Simple . 3- Reachable. 4- Challengeable . 5- Make sense of achievement.

Is it really necessary to have a vision or a mission Some times you meet a person with great growing business and when you ask him about his vision he will just give you a big smile!!!!

Why the vision then ?


* Having a vision and a mission will help you to realize where youre going to ? are you in the right way or you are going to the edge of the Cleft ?

Be aware
Even if we make a great vision and mission we will not get the right to predict the future even if we all like that!!!!!! and the reason is the quick and rabid innovation, technology changing . * But always great and durable organization deal with that by becoming an adaptive organization .

Mission statement
It is answer the question What is our business ?

An enduring statement of purpose that distinguishes one organization from similar one. is a formal, short, written statement of the purpose of a company or organization

Why Mission in our Org The mission statement should guide the actions of the organization.

Elements of mission statement


Mission should include these nine elements: 1- Customer. (who it serve). 2-P&S ( what it provide to them). 3-Market (where it work). 4- Philosophy (the great idea that it hold). 5- Self concept ( what it have that other do not) 6- Public image( public responsibility) 7-Employee .(m how much it concern with them) 8-Technology. 9- Growth ( what the kind of growth it want to make).

Examples of mission statement


McDonald To offer the fast food customer food prepared in same high quality manner world wide , tasty and reasonable price , delivered in consistent , low key dcor and friendly atmosphere. 1- Marker : fast food market. 2- Customer : fast food customer . 3- G&S: fast food. 4- Philosophy :same high quality manner. 5- Self concept : deliver in consistent ,low-key dcor .

Wal-Mart
To offer all of the fine customers in our territory, of all their household needs, in a manner which they continue think of us fondly
1- Customer in our territories . 2- Market/ product : household need. 3-Philosophy: think of us fondly.

GOOGLE
Google's mission is to organize the world's information and make it universally accessible and useful. Philosophy : organize the world. Market & service : information market . Public image : make the world information useful
