JOB REQUIREMENT
It is primarily a Marketing job. The FSEs shall be directly responsible for Procuring New Business, Providing Policy Servicing and other related jobs to such B&AC partners and also from the bank branches / other outlets allotted to them by LIC of India. They shall also be carry out any other instructions given to them from time to time by LIC of India. For this purpose considerable movements including tours covering entire area allotted to them are involved.
PROCEDURE
a) Selection is normally made on the basis of a LIC written test ,
followed by an Interview of candidates who qualify in the LIC written test b) Candidates successful in the LIC written test or eligible candidates will be called for an LIC Interview 2012. The Corporation reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates to be called for Life Insurance Corporation of India written test and / or interview commensurate with number of Direct Sales Executives to be engaged and the decision of the Corporation in this regard shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

(d) At the time of LIC Interview, the candidate will bring the following documents :
a) Print out of LIC Application Form ( with photograph ). b) LIC Call letter ( with photograph ). c) Original and photocopy of Misc. receipt issued by LIC. d) Original & attested photo copies of : SSC / HSC / Municipal Birth Certificate showing the Date of Birth. Bachelors Degree Certificate. Caste Certificate issued by the Competent Authority in case of SC / ST / OBC Candidates. Discharge Certificate in case of Ex Servicemen. Evidence of Marketing Experience.
