In This Unit of coursework, I have been told to produce a Film or a Fashion Magazine, which will be aimed for specific

audience, which would also be sold in shops. I am going to be creating a Film Magazine, as I got to choose between film or fashion magazine. My magazine is going to be aimed at girl and boys aged 15-25. My Film Magazine is aimed at this audience, as the film I will be promoting is going to be an action comedy movie. I chose this genre as I watch action movies myself and thought this genre would be interesting and different from everyone else. The target audience for my magazine, is mainly any gender aged 13-25. As girls and boys are interested in current popular movies (Action, Horror, Romantic Comedy). They would be the perfect target audience, as they are up to date with films, and sometimes on regular basis they watch movies. This age range is the perfect target audience, the most popular activity they do when they are out with friends is to watch a movie. My magazine will feature different genres of movies, and other topics, which aimed at both female and male readers. The social class for my target audience is Class A-C1 . As my readers will be students, or workers, not unskilled employers.

I will be researching different magazines that are quiet similar to mine. Ive researched many magazines, including Total Film, Empire and Premiere. These magazines are film based, which some certain features will help me with my own creation of a film magazine. I need to consider about the colour, titles, price and how the sell lines will attract my target audience to read the magazine. My Magazine will have one main images featured on the front page, which will feature one of my film I thought will be the main sell line. The Masthead will be on the top, in big bold font, so it can get the audiences attention, with a variety of sell lines on each side of the front cover. My magazine will be a monthly magazine as other film magazines are issued monthly. The Price of my magazine, will not be too high, and not too low, it will be an 12/6/12 average price.

Draft Article:
So, What is Angel Vs Devil? Angel Vs Devil is a superhero movie and an Angel and a Devil. The Devil is trying to take over the world with the help by Rob, an Innocent Business man who works in LA who got hypnotized by the Devil. The Angel finds out and it set to save the world like every heroine does. There is more to it, when you watch the movie. Loads of amazing scenes were made with lots off effort. Angel has a personal spy on loose as well to find out what the Devil is up to, where and When. With the help of her the Angel is been getting stronger and closer to defeating the Devil. What did you think of Angel Vs Devil when you first heard about the plot of the movie? When I first read the script, I thought to myself this movie is going to be a hit. The Scenes with shooting and explosions I thought to myself was amazing., and the story is just original, and I just got into my character who was this fierce devil but also a nice kind angel. When I heard I was going to work with Chris Hemsworth I thought I was dreaming, so I told my PA to slap me, to see if it was reality. It was a funny but one of my most embarrassing moments ever, as he was in front of me as well as the director, Michael Bay, but then again I loved that moment so much. Did you get on well with your co-stars Sophie McElroy and Chris Hemsworth your Devil and Angel? I got on with her, very well, as Ive known her for more than 7 years. Weve been school together, we are very close that I know her life and she knows my life upside down, inside out. How did it feel to win a Oscar for Best Actress for your previous movie Fire Away? It felt amazing, its my 4th Oscar Award, and I cant express how happy I was. It was amazing, being an Oscar Winner made me feel like there is hope for everyone. I followed my dreams and without the support from my family and friends, Ive wouldnt have been here in the first place. I felt honoured already to be nominated alongside, Jennifer Lawrence, Dakota Fanning, Kristen Stewart, Kate Winslet, Rooney Mara but I never knew that I would beat them and win the Award. The character Sophie Hudson in Fire Away, had the same personality as mine, so I could easily link my personality to hers. Where you see yourself in 4 years? Hmmm I see myself getting older, I want be to be forever young! I want to take a break from Hollywood and start being involved in the music industry hopefully. I think I will be a busy woman, as I've got another movie contract with J.J Abrams. Im going to be shooting the next sequel for Race. As public demanded for a second movie. If you were involved in the Music Industry, who would you collaborate with and why? hmmmmm.. Well as I like to MAKE music instead of sing, I would rather make music for big artists like Rihanna, Chris Brown, Adele and Jessie J. I would go for upbeat, clubby songs, but it depends on my mood, If Im really childish, I would create some funny music, but if Im in a sad, confused mood, I would write ballads and create slow music to match it, but as Im always outgoing and crazy, clubby songs are perfect and easy to make. So this is your 5th action movie, right? how does it feel to be the queen of the action movies? Well, in real life Im kind of violent. When I was in high school, I used to hit like everyone (well not everyone, mainly boys, as they were silly). Being in my 5th action movie, did actually made me feel like the queen of action movies. Im was much more confident with it, and doing all those scenes of falling down, jumping out of my car and etc.. It was painful (at times) but so fun, as I am that kind of girl that would do it. Did you have a stunt double to do the main stunts? No, I didnt have anyone being my stunt double. I did all the main stunts and to be honest, it as amazing, I never experienced anything like that. So Who inspired you in getting you into the Film industry? Many actresses inspired me a lot to get to where i am right now, with what they have gone through in their life, seems so similar to my life and what i have gone through. I never had the confidence when I was small to talk in front of people and act, i thought staring in a movie would be great but the last thing i would do in the list . Sandra Bullock, Angelina Jole, and Emma Watson are few of the people in my inspiring celebrities on my list.

TARGET The target audience I have chosen for my magazine is Male and Female aged , who are AUDIENCE

interested in action movie, full of explosions and violent scenes. Male and Female aged 13-25. As both of the gender are interested in popular movies. This is the perfect target Audience. On regular basis, they watch upcoming movies, which means they will visit the cinemas regularly and buy DVDs. Ive chosen this age range, as my target audience as the statistics show that teenagers and people in their early 20s are the people that mostly go to cinemas. The social class for my target audience will be aimed at mainly at class C-E. The target audience will mainly be students or employed. My Magazine wont have too much text for the reader to read which means that the reader will read and understand the issue of the magazine, as few readers can get put off with a lot of language in one page. My Magazine is aimed at audience that into the mainstreamers/ conformists psychographic category because it will feature interviews and reviews of recent and popular movie that people will enjoy reading.

My magazine will have to appeal to the target audience due to the genre of the magazines. The idea of having a different genre to everyone else is good, as my work will be unique and individual. I thought of doing a Film Magazine as I'm into films and not fashion, but fashion magazine was another choice I couldve done for my magazine. The Idea of having different genres of movie featuring in my magazine is good as it will appeal not only my target audience but other audiences who maybe be interested in what is featured in the magazine. With not only movies articles and reviews in the magazine, but lists of top movies to watch for the audience as well as competitions and information about other movie from different cultures e.g (Bollywood). My Magazine will be made for my target audience to read whats happening in the film industry, as well as them taking a break.
