Analysis and Conclusion

Improving the office especially the cubicles/desks of both clerical and managerial employees would bring out more potential and maximize the capacity of employees. Our proposed plans can help raise productivity, speed, and efficiency. The company currently have problems with maximizing the potential of the office due to an unorganized system and governing body. The higher level officials in charge of the office should be more considerate on how the improvements on the office could iron out the difference between being effective and efficient.

We have concluded that reorganizing and reshaping the workspace in a more thought out plan would benefit the company by raising employee productivity, capacity, and efficiency. It is a necessity to provide a better workspace for employees so as to maximize their full potential.
