Basic principles - Interlocking


Installed to prevent maloperations of disconnectors and earthing switches

Disconnectors shall not be opened or closed on-load Earthing switches shall not be closed onto voltage CB:s shall not be closed when surrounding disconnectors are in intermediate positions

CB opening is only interlocked at a bus-coupler bay, if a busbar transfer is in progress
