The present customer range includes Brakes India and Lucas TVS, Padi, Chennai. We are specialist in Manufacturing Precision Machined Components for Automobile and other Engineering applications. Our range includesPrecision Auto Components like Inputrods, Plungers, Ratio Discs, Outputrods, Adaptors, BanjoBolts, Sliding Pins andCaliper Pins manufactured using Automats and CNC machines. The company is having good Quality Management System and is certified for TS 16949, a well know QMS standard for Automotive Parts manufacture. The company believes and implements Quality System to the root-level, involving and training all employees, concentrating more on preventive actions and making continued efforts for continual improvements.The company aims towards complete Customer Satisfaction. Kumar Industries has specialized in manufacture of various varieties of precisionmachined parts for tractor and automobile brake equipment, which are safety critical and other industrial application. The present range of customers includes both ISO, TS 16949 certified customers and Deming award automobile ancillary unit. We are one of the supplier of Brakes India Ltd. and M/s. Lucas - TVS Ltd. The facility allows Kumar Industries the opportunity to open up into new markets and to achieve enhanced service and Quality level to accommodate increased customer demands. In the journey towards global standards of quality it reached a major milestone in 1993 when it got the ISO 9002 certification. The more comprehensive ISO 9001 certification came in 1996, QS 9000 in 1998 and ISO 14001 certification for all vehicle manufacturing units in 2002. It has received the latest ISO/TS 16949 Corporate Certification (in July 2010) which is specific to the auto industry.
