Self Motivation is the ability to motivate yourself , to find a reason and the necessary strength to do something , without the need of being influenced to do so by another person . Working in a careful and consistent manner without give up .

Motivated employees are always looking for better ways to do a job . A motivated employee generally is more quality oriented . Highly Motivated worker are more productive than apathetic workers . Motivation as a concept represent a highly complex phenomena that affects , and is affected by a multitude of factors in the organizational milieu .
