I will use data because I know it is there for me to use. I know what to do with it.
Personal Economics Market data through public service announcements (PSAs). Show specific examples of how the public can utilize the data. (Question: Am I being paid fairly?) Community Economics Market data through (PSAs). Show how citizens can use the data for community outreach and development. (Question: Where can I take my kids during the summer?)
General Public
Keep in Mind No product development team in the general public. Vital to success of this project that specific examples be given. General public will need to be led.
Relationship Managers Team of internal marketing, economic, as well as suburban and urban develop consultants (11 consultants total).
Timeline Analysis: 8-12 weeks Implementation: Initial rollout over 4-8 weeks Evaluation: Specific regions evaluated over a 2 year period
General Public
Mitigation Plan Project team should work on specific regions first. Perform a current and evaluative analysis of the region. Testable Statement: 30% increase in usage of Data.gov website by that region. Congressional approval will be needed for funding, but economic initiatives are popular. Great opportunity for internships.
Is this this project working? Development of PSAs are agency specific, and funding specific.
