3. Process identification and interaction This section will be represented graphically and in general, identified key processes that form part of the manual, and the interactions and interdependencies between each.
5. Description of procedures
The procedures are the core of the manual; the description shall contain procedures invariably following aspects:
a) Name of the procedure:

j) Policies This section is kept of the rules or regulations governing the activities of procedures. k) Development This section should describe the activities or operations executed in the procedure.
l) Layout Having described the procedure is continued with its graphic testing it will draw a diagram that symbolizes the flow of information.
m) Measurement
It should specify the means to gather information to measure the satisfaction of users of the procedure. n) Forms and instructions It should include the formats used in the procedure and its filling instructions.
6. Symbology It should include only the ANSI symbols and meanings that were used in the flowcharts. 7. Registration issues In order to control the editions of the manual of procedures, you must record the number of modifications, dates, paragraphs and modified leaves.
8. Distribution
It should list the administrative units or positions authorized to have the manual, and the number of copies and distributed controlled. 9. Validation
Contain the name, title and signature of the authorities of the department, agency or public trust auxiliary appropriate, by which approves the contents of the manual of procedures.
