OVERVIEW

The Ramky Group, with its headquarters in Hyderabad, was founded in the year 1994, and has been playing a pioneering role in the development of infrastructure in India.

It is a specialist multi-disciplinary organization with a turnover of over 4,500 Crores, focused in the areas of Civil, Environmental and Waste Management

infrastructure with specific emphasis on Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects.

The Group has over 6,000 employees across its professionally managed Group Companies, and has regional offices at Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmadabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Bhopal and Kolkata, with 55 project offices across India, UAE, Singapore and Gabon, West Africa. BASIC PRINCIPLE

Theyve done fairly well on that front, with a string of

firsts like Indias first integrated hazardous waste facility,


Indias first biomedical waste facility and also Indias first integrated municipal solid waste facility.

These are in addition to their massive road-building and


other infrastructure works nothing short of building the Countrys backbone.

RECRUITMENT

Internal recruitment

Internal vacancies shall be posted on MS Outlook and displayed on the Notice Boards.

Eligible employees may apply for any vacancy. The process of selection shall include (i) Panel interview (ii) competency matching and (iii) a skill test shall be administered.

The decision of the panel shall be binding and final.

External recruitment

In

case

of

non-availability

of

suitable

internal

candidate(s) with requisite talent /expertise for the vacant post(s), external sources shall be approached.

Referred candidates through existing Employees may be considered as per EMPLOYEE REFERRAL

PROGRAM/ SCHEME

Decision of the Interviewing Panel shall be Obligatory and Final.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

GRADUATE ENGINEER TRAINEES & MANAGEMENT TRAINEES

TRAINING SCHEME (NGTS - Next Generation Training Scheme)

Induction of Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) & Management Trainees (MT) in company shall be done each year on the basis of requirement.

The trainees shall be absorbed into regular grades based upon


the Project presentations, personal interviews (by a panel comprising of Departmental Representative, Training Manager & HR representative) and assessment by the Project based Mentor.

Trainees shall be absorbed into regular grades as under.

Induction(2nd phase) On the job training

This shall form the third phase of NGTS and shall last for the balance six months of the training period.

The trainees shall be allocated departments based on the generic branch of their study, performance in the tests & counseling interview.

They shall then undertake project-based hands on training in the respective department.
