Mens Footwear - Manufacturing Facilities

We are one of the largest manufacturers and exporters of mens footwear from India and our clients are located in countries such as France, the UK, Germany, the USA, Canada, Spain, Scandinavia, the Netherlands, etc. We have a capacity to produce 6,000 pairs per day of cemented shoes in our three mens footwear units located at Agra and Unnao (near Kanpur).
We also produce genuine Goodyear welted dress shoes too. We have a capacity to produce 500 pairs per day from imported cow upper leathers and leather soles. In addition, we also have 32 stations, a direct moulding PU machine from Italy with a capacity to produce 1,000 pairs per day shoes and sandals. We have a team of highly qualified designers in our R& D centers in Agra/ Unnao. They develop samples based on the design inputs from our experienced team of designers based in the UK, France, Holland and Spain. We currently produce a wide variety of dress and casual footwear for men made of sheep, goat, cow and buff calf leathers as per customers specifications. We use different types of soles such as TPR, PVC, NEOLITE RUBBER, LEATHER and PU which are produced in our own captive sole factory.

Ladies Footwear - Manufacturing Facilities

We are one of the largest manufacturers and exporters of ladies footwear from India, exporting to countries such as France, the UK , Germany , the USA, Canada, Spain, Scandinavia, Holland, etc. We have the capacity to produce 3,000 pairs per day of footwear in cemented, strobel, stitch down and moccasin construction in our two units located at Agra. We have a team of highly qualified designers at our R& D center in Agra. They develop samples based on design inputs from our experienced team of designers based in the UK, France, Holland, and Spain. Products We currently produce a wide variety of comfort, dress and casual footwear made of cow, sheep and goat leathers for ladies as per customers specifications. We use different types of soles like TPR, PVC, Neolite rubber, leather and PU, which are produced at our own captive sole factory. Children's Footwear - Manufacturing Facilities

We have expanded our fashion footwear range by establishing a dedicated factory for childrens footwear as well. The response from our customers has been enthusiastic and we are already exporting our products to countries such as France, the UK , Spain as well as the Scandinavian nations. We have a capacity to produce 1,200 pairs per day of girls and boys shoes, sandals and boots in cemented, strobel, stitch down and moccasin construction. Our production units at Kanpur / Unnao comprise two conveyors. We have a team of highly qualified designers at our R& D centers in Kanpur / Unnao. They develop samples based on design inputs from our experienced team of designers based in the UK, France, and Spain. Products We currently produce a wide variety of comfort, dress and casual footwear made of cow, sheep and goat leathers for children as per the customers specifications. For our childrens shoe production, we import TPR and PU soles from reputed suppliers from Italy and China. Apart from this, we also use soles produced in our own captive sole factory. Our Double Duty brands have been in existence for the last 10 years, and have carved out a niche for themselves the in international market. Our premium range consists of water proof shoes, non-metallic shoes and forest boots. Our product range include classics, riding, hunting, western, biking and safety. It is prestigious leather sector catering to most of the customers needs Customers always look for user- friendly products and better costs attached with the financial facilities provided by the banks. Usually they are setting a trade off for costs incurred and advantages of competition for the financial facilities provided alongside by other banks. So, through product innovation and competitive pricing strategy the bank can foster business relationship with its customers. The gap analyzed can be minimized by better technology, customer service and also by creating awareness about the various services; thereby increasing the customer base. So as to retain the existing customers and to build up customer loyalty, Customer Relationship Management should be given more importance. Services provided by the bank seem to put at comfort level with reference to the sample. But with limitation of small sample size, the study could not extrapolate accurately the various behavioral parameters for population. Thus, bank may go for further exhaustive study concerning behavioral parameters mentioned in the study.
