    What is a ionic bond???


    A type of chemical bond formed through electrostatic attraction between 2 oppositely charged ions.

    Covalent Bonds
    Chemical bonding characterized by the sharing of pairs of electrons and atoms.

    Ionic Compounds
    Is a chemical compound in which ions are held together in a lattice structure by ionic bonds.

    Crystal Lattices
    Crystal structure arrangement of atoms or molecules in crystalline liquid or solid.

    Polar covalent bonds


    Electrons are shared by atoms spending a greater amount of time.

    Non polar covalent bonds


    The atoms are adjacent and shared equally with each other.
