Swarnajayanti Gram Swarojgar Yojana (SGSY) is an initiative launched by the Government of India to provide employment to poor people living in rural areas of the country. The scheme was launched on April 1, 1999 . The SGSY aims at providing self-employment to villagers through the establishment of Self-help groups. The Swarnajayanti Gram SwarojgarYojana (SGSY) of the Ministry of Rural Development, Govt of India, functions with the sole objective of providing employment linked, market-oriented training to youngsters from below poverty line sections of the country. Under the SGSY scheme, MoRD has structured provision for creating special projects for skill development to enable the rural BPL youth to get wage employment.

IL&FS(infrastructurre leasing & financial services) Education and Technology Services (IL&FS ETS), also known as IETS, is the education infrastructure development initiative of IL&FS. The objective of IETS is to make learning an experience-led, interactive, insight-based and stimulating journey IETS has been working on creating social infrastructure to bridge the skill gap in India since last 12 years by developing and implementing capacity building projects for Government and Corporate sector. IETS Education Center initiative is a unique platform for skill development and training of educated yet unemployed or underemployed youth in semi-urban and rural areas across the country.Its main focus is in retailing and BPO sector.

SJSRY( Swaran jayanti Shahri Rozgar Yozna) :The scheme of SJSRY was launched in all the 48 Urban Local Bodies of the state to provide assistance to the 11734 eligible identified BPL families by providing employment to the unemployed and under-employed poor to setup self employment ventures, and imparting training in different trades or by providing wage employment to Urban poor by way of creating Urban infrastructure.

Here students are imparted training on different aspects of sales , marketing through variety of courses & there placements are also done. DRDA Sirsa This project is running in Sirsa district for the last two months where 360 rural candidates are given training on Auto CAD
