Head Teachers create a Drive Team Drive Team go to training on how to use thinking tools Drive Team teach their teacher about thinking tools When their teacher and pupil know well about thinking tools they teach a new tools

Schools provide each class with 2 assistant teachers

At the beginning they use only one or two thinking tools

They put chart about their tools they use in each class .

From 3 years old to 17 years old use this tools in class.
