INTRODUCTION
we will easily meet the turbines, seeing how these. seeing the enormous benefit and trust they provide in the aviation sector

GENERAL OBJETIVES
take a look at the turbines as they are and as its operation combines aeronace

ESPECIFIC OBJETIVES
conocer la turbina mostrando parte por parte como esta dividida que funcion cumple cada parte, ademas de ilustrarlo con imagenes.

TURBINE ENGINES
A turbine engine has a section dedicated to each function, the combustion is performed continuously The parts of a turbine engine are: An air inlet Compressor Section Combustion Section Turbine Section Exhaust Section Accesory Section Systems for starting, Lubrication, Fuel Supply, and auxiliary purposes.

Components of turbine engines are basically the same, but the nomenclature of the various component parts because each manufacturer's terminology. There are 4 types of turbine engines:
Turbofan. Turboprop. Turboshaft. Turbojet.

AIR ENTRANCE
Air intake is designed to duct air compressor with a minimum energy loss, air compressor should arrive without turbulence to achieve greater efficiency.

ACCESSORY SECTION
This space is for mounting of accessories necessary for operation and
control of the engine. The basic elements of the accessory section are: The accessory case The gear train

COMPRESSOR SECTION
Its function is to provide sufficient air amount to meet the requirements of the combustion burners. another function of compressor is supplied bleed air for various purposes in the engine and the aircraft.

Compressor Types
The two principal types of compressors currently being used in gas turbine aircraft engines are centrifugal flow and axial flow.

COMPRESSORS
Centrifugal Flow Axial Flow

DIFFUSER
The diffuser is the divergent section of the engine after the compressor and before the combustion section. It has the all-important function of reducing high-velocity compressor discharge air to increased pressure at a slower velocity.

COMBUSTION SECTION
The primary function of the combustion section is, of course, to burn the fuel/air mixture, thereby adding heat energy to the air. All combustion chambers contain the same basic elements: 1. Casing 2. Perforated inner liner 3. Fuel injection system 4. Some means for initial ignition 5. Fuel drainage system to drain off unburned fuel after engine shutdown
