Imperativ
Imperative sentence is used to make requests or orders. In Imperative sentence the verb comes at the beginning. The words doch and mal make the request polite and friendly.

Forming imperativ
The wir, ihr and Sie imperatives take the same verb-forms as the present tense conjugated verbs with a new word order and the loss of ihr: E.g Wir Wir bringen die pfel zu meinem Haus Imperativ: Bringen wir die pfel zu meinem Haus

Sie Sie bringen einen leeren Korb, Frau Holler. Imperativ: Bringen Sie bitte einen leeren Korb, Frau Holler.
ihr: Ihr bringt auch die Brtchen. Imperativ: Bringt auch die Brtchen.

The du-imperative is formed by

taking the 2nd person singular conjugated form of a verb, removing the -st ending, and dropping the pronoun du.

Imperative form for du

du - Du kommst in mein Haus. Imperativ: Komm in mein Haus verbs that have an Umlaut on the 2nd person singular form in the regular conjugation (e.g., fahren => fhrst or laufen => lufst) lose that Umlaut in the imperative. Du lufst durch das Tor. Imperativ: Lauf durch das Tor!
