INTRODUCTION
Taman Tropika is one of the most important recreational area in UTM. It consists of interesting topography and also lake.

There are three Lamans that have been proposed in Taman Tropika, which are: i. Laman Ginger ii. Laman Helicornia iii. Laman Tropica.
GOAL
To create a lush greenery area for community to relax and integrate.

OBJECTIVE
To create a safe and enjoyable relaxing area for the users to meet and form relationship through activities. To enable users to appreciate the beauty of nature.

CALL QUOTATION
Tender must be submitted by the time and date, and to the office stipulated in the tender notice, and placed in a tender box or tender boxes kept for this purpose. The open tender is specially for the contractors who had registered in Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK) and Lembaga Pembangunan Industri Pembinaan ( CIDB). The contractor have to buy the tender document and the tender will stop sold out after a period of time.

Evaluation based on comparison between the tender prices and background of contractors. Compare between the tender prices and the estimate cost. Only those scheduled in the schedule of tenders can be considered. Tender must be accepted within tender validity period ( 90 days ).

The decision making of project estimate cost less than RM30 million is under Lembaga Perolehan ( LP ).
AWARD QUOTATION
Consultant choose the right contractor and sent letter of Intent (L.I.) to the chosen contractor. The content include the intent to accept the offer of the tenderer.
CONDUCT NEGOTIATION
Negotiation undergo between the consultant & the contractor who award the tender to explain on the conditions that have to be followed by the contractor.

As a conclusion, we hope that this project will be approved by UTM. This project aims to provide the greenery recreational space for UTM community as well as public people.
