IMPORTANT THINGS TO
REMEMBER
 The slides are for the reference of the
audience not the presenter.
 Abbreviations should not be used.
 Format should be strictly followed and the
presentation should be completed in stipulated
time period
 Fancy fonts should not be used.
 Words should be clearly visible to audience.
 Don’t exceed time limit- there is a warning
buzzer.
 Distribute presentation time equally.
